Axonify Launches AI-powered "Co-Creator" Tool

London (UK), July 2025 - Workplace learning platform Axonify has launched a new AI-powered content development tool, "Co-Creator", designed to help organisations transform business materials into training content. The announcement follows the appointment of Melissa Burghardt as the company’s new CEO.

Launched on 25 June, Co-Creator enables learning teams to convert documents, slide decks and guides into role-specific microlearning. It uses generative AI to speed up course creation and align outputs with business needs, aiming to reduce development time and improve training agility.

The tool forms part of Axonify’s strategy to support faster onboarding, reduce content backlogs and improve relevance for distributed teams.

Axonify said Co-Creator is a "force multiplier" for learning and development teams. It follows similar AI-enabled launches across the enterprise learning market, including by Docebo, Cornerstone and Sana.

The leadership transition was also confirmed in June, with former COO Melissa Burghardt replacing long-standing CEO Carol Leaman. Burghardt said the new tool is designed to "meet evolving business needs while keeping quality and accuracy at the forefront".
