Former Saba Studio Business Acquired by BestatDigital

Brighton (UK), October 2020 - The former Saba Studio business, previously part of Cornerstone OnDemand, Inc., has been acquired by BestatDigital Ltd., a privately owned digital learning and communications company. As part of the transaction, the former Saba Studio team of approximately 60 employees and self-employed consultants will transition to the new company.

Based in Brighton, UK, BestatDigital Ltd. is a digital solutions company that designs and develops digital learning, communications, and applications to help enterprise organizations transform by using digital skills and behavioural insights to solve problems, create new experiences, and change behaviours.

Following Cornerstone's acquisition of Saba Software in April 2020, Cornerstone management agreed to spin off the Saba Studio business to the former Vice President of Saba Studio, Andrea Day, who is now the owner and CEO of BestatDigital Ltd. The two companies will work closely together to ensure a smooth transition, as well as enable future business development and growth opportunities through an ongoing partnership agreement.
