Learning Technologies 2026 Thirty Under 30

Thirty Under 30 is a scholarship programme designed to provide visibility, professional development and a platform for emerging talent in workplace learning. Participants will join a cohort of peers and gain access to senior learning leaders, speakers and industry experts during the conference.

Each member of the Thirty Under 30 cohort will receive:

• An exclusive welcome dinner on the evening before the conference
• Mentoring opportunities with industry leaders and former Thirty Under 30 participants
• Professional development activities delivered in small peer groups
• Interactive access to conference speakers and learning leaders
• Discounted conference attendance at £395 + VAT (full price £1,395 + VAT)
• Ongoing connections with the cohort via a dedicated WhatsApp group during and after the event

The Learning Technologies Conference brings together more than 800 learning professionals each year to explore how technology and innovation are shaping workplace learning. The 2026 programme includes over 30 conference sessions across five tracks and features more than 70 speakers from across the global L&D community.

The deadline for applications is Friday 27 February 2026. Applicants must be born after 29 April 1996.
