ETS Europe will Realise National Test Programmes
The NAA is a subsidiary of the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority, whose tests serve to judge whether the national targets of the curriculum have been achieved. They thus define the requirements for support in the subjects checked and help to formulate the classes at schools.
ETS Europe does the Key Stage Tests taken by over 1.4 million five-to-fourteen-year-old British pupils who attend state schools. ETS's tasks comprise the printing and logistics of the delivering test documents, the data collection of the testing sessions and participants, and the correction and statistical analysis of the test results. David Gee, the Managing Director of the NAA, expressed certainty that the collaboration between the NAA and ETS will produce an efficient assessment programme that will secure the quality of British education in the 21st century.
